l heard that after so many women were raped at an university the university gave all of the women(that wanted one) that was both a gun and a pepper spray in one.

How does that work??l thought you can not have guns in school?Educate me as much as you can and give me pictures(links) of what they'd look like.

Are they also good for those who have really bad hand eye coordination?

Ooh, that is a very bad accident waiting to happen.
If that is the case, look for a products liability lawsuit on the theory that such things are so inherently dangerous and of such little value that they simply should not exist. If you want pepper spray, get pepper spray. If it looks like a gun, you're lible to get yourself shot. If it is also a gun, you're lible to shoot someone else when you do not mean to. Either way, its a very very bad idea.
